Our workshop facilitators regularly deliver a range of short professional development workshops to employees, which are tailored to the needs of the employer and their employees. Feedback from employers and participants on the training is consistently very positive with 95% rating all aspects of the course content, relevance to their work and facilitator as ‘good’ or ‘very good’.

PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES & ZERO TOLERANCE (ideal for Care support workers)
Our most popular course! … This half-day (3 hour) session aims to give participants the opportunity to explore a range of professional boundaries examples to stimulate discussion and self-reflection. The second half of the session is dedicated to defining and discussing Care concerns using video resources as prompts. The session is concluded with time dedicated to response protocols in the instances of care concerns.
This training aims to enhance the participants understanding and skill level regarding interactions with customers both internal and external.
All Career Partners Plus training courses are underpinned by the Wellbeing and Resilience framework, *PERMA + and incorporate ‘learning by doing’ experiences for course participants.

INTRODUCTION TO WELL-BEING & RESILIENCE IN THE WORKPLACE
This 1 day (6 hour) session, plus follow-up with each participant aims to introduce participants to a range of tools and strategies to assist them to flourish in their workplace and at home. Participants will be asked to complete an on-line strengths survey prior to the course commencement and will be given tasks to complete following the day session.
The course uses Positive Psychology principles underpinned by the Wellbeing and Resilience framework, *PERMA + and incorporates ‘learning by doing’ experiences for course participants. The session will be followed up through individual phone contact, two weeks after the session. (approx. 20 minutes).

POSITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE
This training aims to enhance the participants understanding and skill level regarding interactions with customers both internal and external. • The how and why of customer satisfaction
